The integrated curriculum  is based on integration of biomedical and medical training, as well as the integration of practice and theory, improvement of the ability for critical thinking and decision making, facilitation of self-directed learning processes, enabling learning from advances and achievements in medical science and technology; enabling the students to choose an interesting field of study; directed towards reducing the reiterations in a program context; based on an integrated organ level medical skills training; ensuring the widening of the training context with advanced grades; ultimately based on a problem solving and student-centered approach.
