The Infectious diseases department of School of Medicine, MNUMS, Raphael International Organization and Professor Jacob Lee of Infectious diseases division of Halim University Hospital, Korea were organized together online webinar “2024- Mongolia Webinar_Capacity Building on Infectious Diseases” in 24 May 2024. In this meeting the associate professor R. Oyungerel was introduced about neonatal infection, senior lecturer V. Nyamtsengel – “Neurosyphilis” cases. The Professor Jacob Lee was suggested and shared some decision ideas. In the webinar were participated more than 40 infectious diseases, TB and STI doctors and postgraduate students from districts of Ulaanbaatar city and provinces of Mongolia (Picture 1).
Associate professor R. Oyungerel, senior lecturer V. Nyamtsengel of Infectious diseases department and associate professor T. Khosbayar of Laboratory department of School of Medicine were attended in the 9th International symposium for Cooperation of Infectious diseases in 27th -29th May, 2024 in Busan, Korea. This symposium was organized within the “Advancement and Utilization of International Network to Secure Resources for High-Risk Infectious Diseases” project which is supported by Seoul National University of Korea. In the symposium were participated members of the project from 10 country’s around 50 researches of Research and University’s Organization such as Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bhutan, Laos, Saud Arabia, Uzbekstan, Mongolia. Also, in the symposium were attended bio-technology companies of Korea and had a business meeting with researches and discussed about expansion of cooperation between research organizations and bio-technology companies. With Mongolian researches were meet 5 organization and discussed about future cooperation. During the symposium the Dean of the Universities and research laboratories were signed on the cooperation contract and MOU with bio-technology companies and with research organizations, it was great endorsement to the researches for the expansion of the development science with other countries.
